Pungent. Powerful. Probably the best garlic paste-in-a-jar we’ve tasted.. you don’t get any of that bad vinegary-ness you sometimes get with jarred garl/chilli/ginger etc., the smoked flavour is really good rather than artificial and it’s not overpowering.
You could probably elevate any dish with a tea spoon of this, just maybe not your morning cereal.
